What is available?

You can check availability on our website under the "Rental Search" tab, where listings can be sorted by a variety of options. You can also call or come in to our office, where one of us can help you find a property to suit your housing needs.


How do I apply?

You can apply directly on our website under the "Applications and Forms" tab using our online application. You can also print a paper copy of the application, fill it out, and return it to our office, or fax or email a copy to us. Once application payment is received, the application is sent to a third party for complete screening. Applications take approximately 2-7 business days to process, in general.


Is there an application fee?

Yes, $40 per application. An application must be filled out for each person 18 years of age and older who will be living in the home.


Do you allow pets?

Some of our properties are pet friendly, check the details of the listing on our site for this information. You can also contact our office with pet-specific inquiries.


What are your deposits?

This varies from property to property. If you have any questions about a specific property's deposit, don't hesitate to contact our office. Typically a deposit is equal to one full month of rent.


What is the layout of a specific property?

Unfortunately, we do not have property layouts available online at this time. However, you can always call our office to schedule an in-person viewing of any property you are interested in.


How do I see one of your properties?

How do I know if I quality for a 333Rent property?

333Rent is an equal housing opportunity and follows all fair housing guidelines. Our apartments and houses are made available, managed and operated reguardless of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, handicap or familial status. However, we do use a 3rd party screening company for rental history, credit history, income verification as well as civil and criminal history for all potential residents. You must qualify in all of these categories to be approved for one of our rental units.


I have never rented before, can I still rent from you?

Yes, although you may need to provide a co-signer in this case. Please call our office for more details.


How much money do I need to make to rent from you?

We typically require a someone to be able to verify making 3 times the monthly rent to qualify for one of our rental units.


Do you take section 8 (HUD) applicants?

Some of our properties are approved for Section 8. Ask at the office for further information.


I have an eviction on my record; can I still rent from you?

Though an eviction does not necessarily preclude you from renting from us, we do like to let prospective applicants know that an eviction within the last 10 years will greatly decrease the chances of the application's approval.


I have a felony on my record; can I still rent from you?

Though a felony charge or criminal history does not necessarily preclude you from renting from us, we do like to let prospective applicants know that should these charges show up on screening as having occurred within the last 10 years (or if the charges are violent, occurring any time in the past), this will greatly decrease the chances of the application's approval.


What are the common deductions made from a security deposit?

General cleaning and carpet cleaning charges will be deducted from the security deposit as well as any repairs or hauling of personal belongings. Follow move-out guidelines to ensure the highest possible refund.
